Among the most controversial cases were shootings in Minneapolis in January, where two U.S. citizens were killed during immigration enforcement operations.

Video footage from certain incidents has reportedly contradicted initial federal accounts, fueling protests and calls for independent investigations.

In other cases, individuals survived after being shot but later faced federal charges that were eventually dismissed, raising additional questions about how the encounters unfolded.
